The Role

This role is responsible for meeting with and converting new prospects into new business. BDM will be provided with the needed tools, leads and respective targets - all with the purpose of securing new revenue and growing ChatFood’s client base.


  • Prospect, source and acquire new business, with a focus on SMB’s and small enterprise prospects
  • Work closely with the commercial operations and SDR teams to ensure that leads pipeline is properly managed and maintained
  • Come in as “closer” for prospects secured, but not converted, by SDR team
  • Ensure the client’s commercial and technical requirements are met within the scope of products and services provided by ChatFood


  • Products and services provided by ChatFood
  • 4+ years experience in a sales focused role
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Experience working in food services is a big plus (e.g. F&B, hospitality, FMCG, aggregators)
  • Effective and engaging communicator (Arabic speaker is a plus, but not a must)
  • UAE/GCC work experience
  • Good time management skills
  • Entrepreneurial and self-motivated
  • Strong and effective negotiator
  • High commercial acumen and savvy
  • Calm and measured under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a hyper-growth environment
