This Privacy notice sets out how we collect and process personal information about you when you visit our website chatfood.io, all visitors who access our website or services through any mobile application (together, "Website") and when you use our products and services (our “Services”), or when you otherwise do business or make contact with us.

As our Company is part of Deliverect Group, your data may be transferred within Deliverect Group to perform certain processing activities on a global scale, or to support you in the use of our products and services in line with the applicable data protection laws as ensuring that the same level of security is maintained throughout Deliverect Group.
3. Third parties process information such as credit card payments and provide support services related to payments for us. In addition, we may need to provide your information to any restaurants ("Partner Restaurants") that you have placed your order using our Services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy notice.
4. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including cloud hosting services, off-site backups, email service providers, and customer support providers.
